- Original and all Passports:
- Passport should be valid minimum 6 months from the date of travel and minimum 2 blank pages.
- Scan colour Copy of current passport front & last page
- Photographs:
- Recent scanned photographs – 3.5cm x 4.5cm size without border, White background, matt finish, 80% face image & 20% body coverage
- Photograph should not be more than 3 months old
- Other documents:
- Confirmed Issued Return Air Ticket, side trip Confirm issued ticket
- Hotel Voucher: proof of accommodation for your entire stay
- Travel itinerary: Day wise plan outlining all elements of the trip
- Health insurance 50,000 USD/ 30,000 Euros
- Invitation letter from local company. (LOI)
- PAN card and AADHAR card (Front side and Back side) compulsory.
- Visa Process Time: Approx. 04 to 05 working days after submission in consulate/embassy.
