        • Note: Passport should be valid minimum 06 months from the date of travel, Passport has been issued within 10 years and validity must not exceed 10 years, no hand written passports will be accepted and at least 2 blank pages.

      • 02 recent photograph of (35*45 mm size, white background, matt finished & 80% face image, without specs & not used in previous visa)
      • Financials:
        • Last 06 months Personal Updated Bank Statement with bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance
        • Last 03 years Personal Income Tax Returns Acknowledgement Page only
      • For Employee:
        • Salary Slip (last 6 months)
        • Original Leave Sanctioned letter should address to the consulate/Embassy
      • For Employed:
        • Business letterhead with Sign & Stamp
        • Business Registration (For Proprietor – Company Registration & GST Certificate, For Partner – Partnership Deed, For Director – Memorandum of Association)
        • Last 03 years Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Page only
        • Last 06 months Updated Bank Statement with bank sign and stamp on each page  
      • For Retired:
        • Retirement letter from Employer
        • Pension Payment Order OR Pension passbook.          
      • For Student:
        • Letter from school / university for grant of leave 
        • ID Card Copy of School / College
      • Hotel Confirmation Voucher (From Supplier OR Directly from Hotel)
      • Confirmed Return Ticket
      • Day Wise Tour Itinerary
      • PAN card and AADHAR card (Front side and Back side) compulsory.
      • Insurance Policy
        • Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date
      • Visa-free regime for holders of Schengen visas for a stay of up to 90 days
        • On 25 January 2012 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted a decision according to which by the date of Bulgaria’s accession to the Schengen area, our country will unilaterally apply a visa-free system for holders of valid Schengen visas. They will have the right to enter and reside in the Republic of Bulgaria for a period of no more than three months in any six-month period from the date of the first entry, without needing to have a Bulgarian short-stay visa. The decision entered into force on 31.01.2012.

Note:

  • All Documents required in A4 Size Paper and English Only
  • Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Fidelity Holidays is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
  • No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
  • Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
  • All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
  • Please note that you may be required to come for a personal interview with the visa officer at the Embassy of the Bulgaria prior to a decision being made on your application.
  • Visa is valid only with a valid passport. In case a new passport is issued to a person who has already obtained a Bulgarian visa and the passport with the Bulgarian visa has been cancelled, even if the visa has not expired, the person should apply for a fresh visa with the new passport if he/she wishes to proceed with the visit to Bulgaria.
