        • 04 recent photograph of 35*45 mm size, white background, matt finish & 80% face image & not used in previous visa)
        • Financials:
          • 3 years Personal Income Tax Returns with computation of Total Income Page
          • 06 months Personal original Bank Statement updated with sufficient balance
          • Copy of Investments like (P.P.F., SHARES demat A/c Statement, F.D., L.I.C. Surrender value)
          • C. A. Certification of your total movable Property
      • For Employee:
        • Salary Slip (last 6 months)
        • Leave sanction letter and N.O.C.
        • G.P.F (for Government Employee)
      • For Self-Employee:
        • Business letterhead with sign & stamp & visiting card
        • Business Proof (Shop & Establishment, G.S.T., C.S.T., etc)
        • Partnership Deed
        • Memorandum of Article
        • 3 Years Income Tax Return with computation of Total Income Page
        • 06 Months Bank statement
      • For Retired:
        • Retirement letter from Employer
        • Pension passbook copy
        • Provident Funds copy
      • For Student:
        • Evidence of enrolment at school
        • College or university I D Card cop
      • Visiting Friend or Relative:
        • A letter of invitation from the relative or friend in Canada
        • Proof of legal status in Canada (passport & visa copy)
        • 3 months bank statement
        • Job letter & pay slip or University letter
        • Doctor letter (if visiting for medical reason)
      • Hotel confirmation
      • Return air ticket if issued
      • PAN card and AADHAR card (Front side and Back side) compulsory.

Note:

  • Applicants are requested not to give any Original documents except our necessary demand.
  • All applicants should take Appointment for Application submission.
  • All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Canada visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
  • Applicant should not purchase non-refundable tickets or accommodation prior to visa issue. Any such purchases are the sole responsibility of the applicant only. We recommend instead that you lodge your visitor/Tourist application well ahead of your purpose travel date and finalize travel arrangements after visa issue.
  • Visa issuance is sole responsibility of Canada High Commission; Fidelity Holidays is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa.
  • Canada High Commission may call applicant for interviewing and ask purpose of visit, available funds and occupation.
  • All Documents Must in English.

Visa Process Time: Approx. 20 working days after submission in Canada High Commission.
