- Original & old Passports:
- Note: Passport should be valid minimum 06 months from the date of travel, Passport has been issued within 10 years and validity must not exceed 10 years, no hand written passports will be accepted.
- Photograph:
- 2 recent photographs (35*45 mm size, white background, matt finish & 80% face image & not used in previous visa).
- Financials:
- 03 years Personal Income Tax Returns with computation of Total Income Page.
- 06 months Personal original Bank Statement updated with sufficient balance and Bank seal and signature.
- Copy of Credit cards and/or travellers checks or foreign exchange endorsement of the passport.
- Id proof (AADHAR Card, Pan card).
- For Employee:
- Certificate of Current Employment from Employer to include employer’s full name, address and telephone number, applicant’s length of service and salary details
- Pay Slip (last 6 months).
- Leave sanction letter and N.O.C.
- G.P.F (for Government Employee).
- For Self-Employee:
- Business letterhead with sign & stamp & visiting card.
- Business Proof (Shop & Establishment, G.S.T., C.S.T., etc).
- Partnership Deed.
- Memorandum of Article.
- 03 Years Income Tax Return with computation of Total Income Page.
- 06 months Personal original Bank Statement with Bank seal and signature.
- For Retired:
- Retirement letter from Employer.
- Pension passbook copy.
- Provident Funds copy.
- For Student:
- Certificate of Enrolment or Letter of Acceptance from School
- College and university or photo I D Card copy.
- Hotel Confirmation Voucher
- Ticket Booking
- Tour Itinerary with Confirmation Letter (If You Are Taking A Schedule Tour)
- Visa Application Form: Signed by Applicant (Blue Ink)
- PAN card and AADHAR card (Front side and Back side) compulsory.
- Original & old Passports:
Note:
- Indian nationals who wish to visit the Philippines for tourism purposes may be granted visa-free entry into the country in any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs (SIHs), as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels) for an initial authorized stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days, provided they possess the following:
- Either a valid (used or unused) American (US), Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, United Kingdom, or Singaporean multiple-entry visa or permanent residence permit.
- An Indian passport valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure from the Philippines;
- Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination; and
- No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
Visa Process Time: Approx. 10 working days after submission in High Commission
