  • Original & all old passports :
    • Note : Passport should be valid minimum 06 months from the date of travel, Passport has been issued within 10 years and validity must not exceed 10 years, No hand written passports will be accepted and at least 2 blank pages
    • PAN card and AADHAR card (Front side and Back side) compulsory.
  • Photographs :
    • 4 recent photographs – 35*45 mm size, white background, Glossy finish & 80% face image, without specs & not used in previous visa
  • Hotels confirmation voucher issued by a Russian tourist agency/hotel 
    • Note: Must be with stamp and colour copy
  • Return confirm air ticket (e-ticket, itinerary) is required
  • Financials :
    • Original 03 months Personal Bank Statement till date updated with bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance in A4 Size only.
  • For Self Employee :
    • Business letterhead with sign & Stamp & visiting card
    • Business Registration Proof or Partnership Deed or Memorandum of Article
  • For Employee 
    • Pay Slip (last 6 months)
    • Leave & NOC letter should address to the consulate/Embassy
  • For Retired :
    • Retirement letter from Employer
    • Pension Payment Order
    • Pension passbook
    • Provident Funds slip
  • For Student :
    • Evidence of enrolment at school
    • College or University Photo ID Card Copy
  • Visa Application form : Signed by applicant with Blue Ink

Note : 

  • We will take 3 to 4 days to prepare visa application to submit at High Commission.
  • Visa issuance is sole responsibility of respected Consulate/Embassy; Fidelity Holidays Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa. 
  • We are not responsible for missing/damage of any documents during visa formalities.
  • Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. If necessary, you may be requested to bring additional documents or to appear for a personal interview.
  • An applicant can submit the documents for the Russian visa at the Visa Section of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation only during working hours: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 only. 
  • Documents from agents/representatives/authorized persons are not accepted under any circumstance.

Visa Process Time: Approx. 06 to 07 working days after submission in consulate/embassy.
